I love taking photographs. It is a passion of mine. Though not a professional photographer, I like to always try and improve on my photographic skills.

Some colourful Love Birds (I think) on the grass in Castle Hill
These birds are of the Lorikeet family; indigenous to Australia. Ineresting thing about them is that they all have brushy tongues to eat nectar (their staple diet).
Good to see that you are still a RSA patriot - kind of- after all this time.
As many others, I hope to follow in your footsteps - we all have to realize that there is life other than in SA & telemetry.
Why do I love photography? Mmm...maybe it is because it gives me the ability to share magnificent sights and situations I come across in life and on nature trips with other people. Maybe it is because it gives me the power to freeze a small bit of history and take it with me into the future to remember the past.
